Maggie's looking for her son, Negan's helping her, a bunch of people from Manhattan are after Negan. So far, nothing remarkable, and it seems that this will be just another completely mediocre and pointless spin-off. Not to mention that the whole episode is very sup-par in terms of writing and execution.
