Sam Montgomery vive a disposición de su egocéntrica madrastra Fiona y de sus odiosas hermanastras, quienes la tratan más como una sirvienta que como un miembro de la familia. It was not missing much and I would have been very satisfied. The only thing that was missing was that the director, obviously due to the popularity of the various comedies featuring Jennifer Coolidge, to slightly limit the scope of her role, or rather tame her. Not every time she appears in the movie does it have to be the twelfth version of Stifler's mom, because her comedy here is awkward. And that really saddens me, because I really liked Hilary Duff for the first time in her career, and no one in the teen genre can match Chad Michael Murray.

An original take on a well-known fairy tale, led by the beautiful Hilary Duff, who is perfect for this type of film. A romantic film that every young girl must love. A beautiful and naive plot, romance at its best, and cute little faces...and that's what it's all about.
