God's games we play! But why? Because No Game, No Life! But enough! I don’t want to play this! It feels like someone’s trying to serve me tofu when I ordered a medium-rare steak. Is it really that bad? For me, yes, and here’s why. Firstly, the characters are a total letdown. The main character is boring, bland, both in personality and looks. The show doesn't sell me on him being the smartest guy or even a cool gamer. The red-haired goddess isn’t impressive either; she feels utterly ordinary to me. Let's move on. Secondly, the games themselves are dumb. These “God's” games have hidden win conditions and secret rules, which might sound interesting on paper, but it feels like the protagonist just pulls the solutions out of his hat whenever it suits him. There’s no logic to it, and the creators didn’t sell it well to me (or maybe I just couldn’t pay attention, which is easy with this show). Now, let’s reveal my hidden win condition for anime – thirdly, the animation quality. Is the show visually appealing? Not really, especially the color palette used during the “God's” games, which looked oddly washed out... Two episodes were enough for me to say, "Nope, I’m not playing this game." Based on my own secret rules, I didn’t fulfill the “three-episode rule,” so I can’t officially rate it. But I'll leave it to the players who got further. “Winners Win, Losers Lose...” ()
