Sinopsis(1)

This film with flawless enjoyable humor reminded me of one of my favorite books, “How I Won the War". However, I liked Vito Scotti even more than Paul Newman. A brilliant character.__P.S. The DVD cover with the exploding POW camp, the Germans flying out of the guard towers and Newman throwing a grenade suggests some kind of action spectacle. You won't see any such scenes, but if you like comedies with well-written, funny dialogue and likeable characters... then you won't mind. ()
