I must admit, I was expecting something different than just silly time travel tacked onto the famous Philadelphia Experiment. I probably should have opted for a documentary instead. This is simply sci-fi inspired by events where no one really knows what happened back in 1943. I can't help it, this just didn't interest me, and it's just an excuse to create a time loop. It didn't even need to be based on historical events anymore.
