An interesting perspective on what life was like in Taiwan, showing that certainly the German Nazis and Soviet Communists weren't the first to excel at propaganda. The Japanese were also great at it, which is probably not so surprising. They're fanatics. However, despite its interesting form, this film just felt incredibly drawn out to me. ()
