Perdidos - Série 1

This show holds a special place in my heart. For me, it's truly a viewing experience that redefined and reinvented the television genre. After many years, I dove into this 17-year-old series. The first season simply has no flaws! The opening two-part pilot grabs you and doesn’t let go. In terms of characters, I don’t think I’ve ever seen anything better; there are plenty of them, but each one gets their own space (and importantly... every viewer will have a different favorite character, that’s the magic of it... for me, it's probably Sawyer and Sayid). The whole mysterious atmosphere is perfect, the soundtrack and musical score are legendary (after all these years, it gave me a big dose of nostalgia). The script deserves applause; the idea of flashbacks showing the characters before the plane crash is worth its weight in gold. Maybe my rating is a bit more subjective, I admit, but I really believe that the first season undoubtedly deserves it. And the final two episodes? That’s how you get excited for the next season.
