From the very first movie, I felt like Flynn Carson was a discount Indiana Jones, but one who has a desire to tell adventurous stories mixed with conspiracy theories about anything that has a connection to ancient history. The first movie was okay, but the second one was a load of hogwash. The authors were trying to be funny, but the honest humor was swapped for forced humor, especially since it makes fun of anything that could have at least connected adventure movies like these. And that’s a shame. At that point, it’s no longer an adventure movie, it’s an adventure movie parody and in this case, I didn’t like that at all. ()
