Sinopsis(1)

Day Zero stars Elijah Wood, Jon Bernthal, Chris Klein, and Ginnifer Goodwin. Day Zero is a timely political and personal story of three young men as the military draft is reinstated. Three best friends, George (Chris Klein) a successful lawyer, Dixon (Jon Bernthal) a tough-as-nails cab driver, and Feller (Elijah Wood) a writer with a host of insecurities, are drafted and given 30 days to report for duty. In that time they're forced to confront everything they believe about courage, duty, love, friendship and honor. (texto oficial de la distribuidora)

inglés While in Vladimir’s world, people obediently march off like sheep, worrying only about whether their family will get a sack of potatoes or a few heads of cabbage if the mobilization succeeds, spoiled Americans have to make a scene and grapple with existential questions! In this, from the trio of friends, Elijah Wood stands out, who due to premature ejaculation has low added value from prostitutes and, by the end of his to-do list, he tries to pull a Travis Bickle. When Jon Bernthal and Oz from American Pie exchange emotional looks at the train station, all that’s missing is for one of them to say the same words as Aragorn at the start of the Battle of the Black Gate. Setting aside the remaining time and the encroaching type of "unfreedom," this might remind some people of 25th Hour. Yes, same field, same sport, but unfortunately a completely different league. ()
