Rino es un adicto al porno, virginal y agorafóbico que, a sus cerca de 30 años, vive solo en el piso de su abuela. Su único amigo es un perdedor asmático llamado Fillip. El padre de Rino decide alquilar una de las habitaciones de su piso a Malin, una joven sueca, hermosa y libre de espíritu. La chica vuelve del revés el mundo del torpe Rino y lo inicia en un proceso de transición, en una vorágine de situaciones absurdas. (A Contracorriente Films)

Fatso caught my eye initially because it's a Norwegian film, and I’ve got a soft spot for Scandinavian cinema. What really hooked me, though, was the anti-loser main character, so I hit play without hesitation. The movie felt like a fresh take on the typical underdog story, almost like it was pushing back against the usual Hollywood formula. A lot of what happened was unexpected, and at times, even a little wild. That unpredictability worked in its favor, making it memorable despite me giving it three stars. It’s one of those films that sticks with you long after you’ve watched it.
