La figura de Kaspar Hauser, el enigmático joven que apareció de la nada en Nuremberg en 1828, incapaz de hablar y sin que se tuviera ninguna pista de sus orígenes, ha alimentado la imaginación de muchas generaciones. Werner Herzog llevó su historia a la pantalla a finales de los setenta, pero ni siquiera el genio alemán podría haber ideado una aproximación tan delirante como la que propone Davide Manuli, un post-western en blanco y negro que convierte a Hauser en un DJ extraviado en el mediterráneo. Una extravagancia repleta de ovnis y música electrónica y con un impagable Vincent Gallo en un doble papel de sheriff y camello. (Sitges Film Festival)

Finally, after a long time, a proper perversion again. I came across it by chance. Music producer Vitalic shared one of the scenes on his FB and since I was interested in the music (especially the track Poison Lips is a heavy hitter), I immediately set out to find where I could watch the movie. In the end, I must say that what Vitalic shared is the best and purest scene from the movie. The purest in terms of reading emotions that come from it, to be specific. The other scenes are not so readable. For example, with Kašpar, I wouldn't hesitate to call the actor a personal pronoun "it", but his DJ studies were still quite fun to watch. I'm surprised that this movie wasn't directed by Quentin Dupieux. It would fit well in his portfolio.
