Sent in to deep space, six young hackers are attempting to debug the computer systems of a massive derelict space freighter. While they struggle to clear out the viruses, the team fall prey to the ship's vengeful artificial intelligence (Jason Momoa), a program that would kill to be human. Debug is not a horror movie. It fails utterly in this regard, but given that it is a low-budget film, it handles its limitations well. Just like it's trying for a story that isn't bursting with originality, but there's always still something happening. Moreover, Jason Momoa is excellently cast as the antagonist. The finale gets a bit boring when it comes to the action scene, but overall, I'm actually satisfied with how this cheap B-movie was executed.
