inglés The American movie The Banana Splits Movie beautifully subverts a fraction of American culture, puts it in a new context, and works beautifully. The Banana Splits Movie is a gory movie that is also brilliantly executed. It is funny. It is cynical and really good. Plot-wise, it is nothing new, just a story about revenge on a few characters, although the archetypes of characters used are great. ()

inglés If this had fallen in the hands of someone more skilled, it could’ve been an unforgettable trip. But even in this version, I had more fun that I’d expected. Raping a legendary American kids TV show with a bloody slasher movie, ain’t it cute? I want the Czech Jů a Hele version. ()

inglés Fun nonsense with surprisingly legitimate gore. Actually, it was better than I expected. I especially like that characters from a real children's show from the 60s appear here, which makes this otherwise quite generic slasher at least somewhat interesting and unique. BTW: Next time, I would like a slasher with murderous Teletubbies, who are scary on their own even without cutting weapons in their hands, so they could finally fulfill their destinies and torment children not only mentally, but also physically.
