Bien, tenemos una cueva bonita y tenemos una bolera bonita. ¿Qué tan efectiva puede ser el rip-off de Alien? ¿Cuánto podemos rodar con eso? La respuesta es obvia: no mucho. Eurotrash en todo su esplendor, a diferencia de otros parásitos italianos, pero esta vez realmente débil, con muchas tonterías y solo unas pocas escenas que valdría la pena ver. La calidad Blu-Ray y las transferencias 2K/4K añaden mucho valor a estas películas hoy en día.

John Carpenter drew inspiration from a similar Italian bloodiness, although to a much greater extent, for his film The Thing, but that one is qualitatively on a different level. Plus, I'm not saying he was inspired by this movie. Alien 2: On Earth is not a great film, but I got what I expected from it, and the cave setting was used quite well. It's cheap, it has its flaws, and there are quite a few of them, but the movie doesn't bore and manages to evoke tension.
