Christine, sin trabajo por su adicción a las series, conduce un Uber y no consigue que la puntúen con más de una estrella. Y Bertrand, cuya hija sufre ciberbullying, liga por teléfono con una teleoperadora de las Islas Mauricio. Tres que se rebelan ante Silicon Valley en una serie de sketches (en el espíritu de los Farrelli, Tati y Larry David) en los que la exageración no es necesaria pues la realidad supera la ficción en este mundo propiedad de Amazon y Google. Benoît Delépine and Gustave Kervern have been making quirky films with their unique sense of humor for years, clearly influenced by the Finnish Kaurismäki brothers. This film is no exception. Here, they tackle characters grappling with the digital age — finding it absurd, bypassing it, or attempting to exploit it in all the wrong ways at all the wrong times. The series of unbelievable absurdities builds to a peak, making the whole experience so bizarre that it’s both fascinating and bewildering. However, having already found my way to their humor, I was thoroughly entertained. And I would watch it again.
