Sinopsis(1)
Fort Griffin, 1870. Wyatt Earp, Sheriff de Dogde City, famoso en el Oeste por su honradez, llega al lugar siguiendo el rastro de los forajidos, Ike Clanton y Johnny Ringo, pero éstos, con la complicidad del sheriff Cotton Wilson, han huido de la ciudad. Allí conoce a un dentista retirado y alcohólico, vehemente y jugador llamado Doc Holliday, al que salva la vida. Tiempo después los dos vuelven a coincidir en Dodge City, donde Doc se ha instalado como jugador de ventaja. Allí aparece la bella Laura Denbow, también conocida jugadora, de la que el sheriff acaba enamorándose. Una noche el Sheriff sale en busca de tres ladrones de bancos, insistiendo Doc en acompañarle. Gracias a ello Wyatt salva la vida al ser atacado por los bandidos, ya que la rapidez de Doc con el revólver elimina a sus atacantes. A partir de entonces, entre ambos nace una amistad firme y duradera. (Movistar+)

Gunfight at the O.K. Corral is definitely a great western. At first, it doesn’t seem like much, especially when Doc’s girlfriend goes on an emotional rollercoaster—starting with threats, then pretending she doesn’t care, only to crawl back when Doc doesn't even blink. When she gets too clingy, he smacks her without hesitation. But once Kirk Douglas as Doc teams up with Burt Lancaster, the real fun kicks in, and it’s full-on guy's entertainment. I was hooked...until any of the women showed up again. Let’s just say, the female characters didn’t get much to work with in this one.

Wyatt Earp and Doc Holliday are great characters, but it certainly helped them when Lancaster took Earp under his wing and Kirk Douglas got a shot at Doc, who is once again absolutely irresistible. Their joint, albeit quite different, campaign is thrilling, full of emotions, and in the end, there is even some serious shooting.
